Fusion Academy runs deliberately small batches across academics and creative programs. If you teach well and care about results, we would like to hear from you.
What we look for
We have been teaching for over fifteen years. These are the traits that consistently separate a good teacher from a great one.
Patience with children
Our batches include four-year-olds. Patience is not optional here.
Result orientation
You track what your students score and you act on what the scores tell you.
Willingness to be reviewed
We assess progress openly — faculty included. Feedback goes both ways.
